Old Hometown Steamed Fish Head 陈秀莲蒸鱼头
posted www.sholee.netSo the total bill was RM105.80 for a meal of 6 pax. It is expensive in my books especially the vegetables which seemed overpriced to me. Also the portions were really small. Imagine 6 adults noming those dishes with fancy plates. This is definitely a one time deal for me.
Kampung Koh Loh Mee
posted luveenalee.comThe Loh Mee came with thick soup and smooth savory broth. The noodle was so smooth and delicate; it just slurps in your throat literally. But, the soapy broth had very strong bamboo shoot which I found quite disturbing.
Mama Kim Sauna Mee
posted erisgoesto.wordpress.comPrice-wise, it is quite expensive to dine here but once in awhile, when your inner health freak beckons. I would go for their mushroom rice next time though.
Puchong Yong Tau Foo
The speciality of their YTF is they prepare the uncook food there it self and will be placed at a side table for the customer to pick what they want and pass it to the kitchen to boil or fried. This means they do not come to your table to take your order and you need to pick your item at the corner side stall.
small kucing posted www.smallkucing.com 554 ReviewsFried perfectly and it was very big slice too. Really worth the price la. RM1.10 a piece. Much better from some of its competitors.
Restoran Madam Chiam Curry Noodle House
Jessycayong posted jess-concrete.blogspot.com 127 ReviewsI love the dry chilies
Hakka Rang Restaurant
Parking is relatively easy to find here and the best part is that it is still free. Don't know how long that will be so though. The furnishing of the restaurant is quite old school with wooden tables and chairs, even the tea sets are old school. Food wise, we're talking about Hakka dishes, one of my favourite.
renaelyng posted thegardennom.wordpress.com 76 ReviewsSuperbLove the food but a little bit on the pricey side.
Lorong Selamat char koay teow
Lorong Selamat char koay teow has been featured in Ho Chiak months ago. It's running by 2 ladies right outside an old kopitiam. This char koay teow is a bit special as compare to others, because they are quite strong in flavor. You will need to queue up to place order and wait for your char koay teow nowadays, guessed they are just too good in business after publicized in 8tv.
carene19 posted lovewinter19.blogspot.com 90 ReviewsGoodFamous Char Koay Teow which is listed in most foodie blogs including mine. In lieu of the stall owner's bad temper, the char koay teow is delicious with big prawns. The drawback: Small portion and high price and long waiting time.
Restoran Kok Thai Sdn Bhd
The restaurant is quite classy and had a big shark fin displayed at the counter.
Reanaclaire posted www.reanaclaire.com 133 Reviews" Yes, again and again, my family including my siblings, we go to Kok Thai restaurant more often than the other restaurants.
Tanjung Bungah Fish Head Curry
This restaurant serves some of the best fish head curry places in PJ. Its is a nice cozy place.
Hong Hong Village Food House
vkeong posted www.vkeong.com 879 ReviewsOtherwise, I think you might want to stick to the normal ‘dai chao’ that serves the more familiar dishes.
Kedai Makanan Ah Heng
vkeong posted www.vkeong.com 879 ReviewsOverall the food here is not bad but nothing really fantastic either. Nonetheless, it was a worthy experience that I would recommend to anyone who’s interested in this kind of food.
Restoran Kah Kah Loke
Tony posted johorkaki.blogspot.com 24 ReviewsSuperbSuperb traditional Haka style deep fried pork. Pair it with their home cooked style homely bitter guord soup. Delicious!
Aik Hoe Restaurant
Pas De Nom posted chillout-soulout-freakout.blogspot.com 471 ReviewsNot a must visit restaurant for tourist but to the local staying around here, they just will not miss a single day without a nice dim sum and Chinese tea in this restaurant. It is already a part of their life.
Lok Lok Chai Leng Park
5 types of sauces + 5-in-1 sauce. Not exactly quality food, but it is the atmosphere and piping hot food which make it taste not half-bad.
ojsiew posted ojsiew.blogspot.com 633 ReviewsThis place has a wider range of varieties available, from fresh to fried items. It's pretty delicious. We shall go for it again should we visit Butterworth.
Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur
perutbesi posted perutbesi.blogspot.com 230 ReviewsExtensive variety of Malaysian flavors available in the buffet spread.
