vkeong posted www.vkeong.com 879 ReviewsI can’t say anything about the mentioned dishes since we did not try any of them. But based on our own experience, there was nothing to complain about the food or the service.

Restoran Sin Kee
Sin Kee Restaurant in Brickfields used to be located in a wooden structure next to a petrol station along Jalan Tun Sambanthan. With progress and development, and the words KL Sentral whispered excitedly among the residents of Brickfields, Sin Kee moved to a shoplot across the road. Of late, there have been some positive refurbishments in Sin Kee. The restaurant now boasts a purple ceiling and orange lamps that create a warm and funky ambience to the otherwise old-fashioned chinese restaurant. Foo Kei Chang started Sin Kee in a makeshift wooden building in 1969 next to the Shell petrol kiosk in Brickfields. In 1999, it moved into a shoplot because the government needed the land for KL Sentral. Foo Kei Chang has since retired and passed the restaurant to son Man Eek. Sin Kee is still known for its Hainanese steamed rice. Its speciality menu also has local and Western influences.
Restoran 168 Curry Mee
summerkid posted www.malaysianflavours.com 568 ReviewsIn short, not coming back again to Restoran 168 for their wantan mee. Not recommended at all. Will visit earlier in future to savour a bowl of delicious curry mee heaped with coconuty rich, spicy flavours.

Yap Yin Restaurant & Bak Kut Teh
The steam snakehead fish (sang yu or ikan haruan) is their signature and the best selling items here.
email2me posted www.foodpoi.com 675 ReviewsShop name is bak kut teh but inside we eat some of the best seafood that even pawns all the famous restaurants in Klang Valley. Prices are reasonable and their seafoods are fresh.
Ocean-Green Restaurant & Seafood
A well known seafood restaurant own by Paramount Hotel.
Angkiki Steamboat Hot Pot
Kenhuntsfood posted www.kenhuntfood.com 780 ReviewsTheir specialties are their soup bases- Nyonya Assam Pedas and Tom Yum which are carefully designed to suit the locals' palates. Wallet-friendly, ample parking space, worth-trying soup bases, aplenty choices are some of the reasons why this place is worth a look.
Kedai Makanan Toong Kwoon Chye
posted www.vkeong.com 879 ReviewsOverall, I wouldn’t recommend nor would I return to eat here again. The main reason I dropped by was to check out one of the oldest standing wantan mee restaurant in KL. Sad to say, just like Koon Kee, both have seen their best days long ago. Still, worth a try if you are longing for a taste of heritage, or what the Chinese would call 古早味.
PJ Tai Thong Restaurant
Tai Thong was offering valuable set dinners, ranging from RM 32.80 ++ to RM 98 ++. The place is quite clean and quiet.
summerkid posted www.malaysianflavours.com 568 ReviewsLast but not least, Steamed Triple Delight with Oyster Sauce, also one of our favourite in Tai Thong CNY Menu.
Kedai Makan SekMeChoy (锡米才瓦煲胡椒肉骨茶)
Pas De Nom posted chillout-soulout-freakout.blogspot.com 471 ReviewsOverall, I highly recommend this place! Ah Xian recommended a great place! The parking here is quite troublesome. There is a parking lot behind this shop lot which cost RM3.00/entry. Caution: It is quite dark.
Kechara Oasis
vkeong posted www.vkeong.com 879 ReviewsAs for beverage, the Cold Pressed Fruit Juices are highly recommended, especially the Rejuvenating Boosters which has a blend of apples, lemons and oranges. I don’t usually rave about a fruit juice, but this was really well concocted and it was truly refreshing and amazing to drink.
Hee Lai Ton Restaurant
Pas De Nom posted chillout-soulout-freakout.blogspot.com 471 ReviewsSuperbI really highly recommend this restaurant for not just their ala-carte meal but also their Dim Sum too. Wi-fi is available as well! Parking is ample inside this building.
