stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsSo for those who like Curry Mee, this is truly a place I would recommend. (Rating: 4.0 out of 5.0)
Restoran Grandma Kitchen Cafe
The decoration of the shop is good and service is good too. They have different desert everyday.
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsAll together the place do serve nice food but maybe my expectation was too high as I was recommended by someone whose similar to me, like to eat a lot. Maybe their other dishes taste better. It's a good place for dinner but not a good place for a quikc lunch.
Tong Pak Fu
spicysharon posted spicysharon.blogspot.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 7/10 for the D24 and Traka. Touted as one the best snow ice dessert places around town, Tong Pak Fu is centered in most major shopping malls. That said, I still favor the mango desserts in Honeymoon, will do a review on it soon.
Foong Jie Lok Lok
Roadside stall with a wide offering of Malaysian street "food-on-sticks" dipped in a pot of boiling water, and eaten with gravy/ sauces.
Restoran Teo Chew Bah Kut Teh
The shop is clean and comfortable with nice wooden tables and chairs. The soup is not as thick as the one in Klang Bak Kut Tehs. But however this restaurant’s bak kut teh is on par with the taste wise for its soup. All the meats are cook till very tender. Clay pots are use to ensure your bak kut teh is warm during the entire meal.
Kampar Fish Jelly Restaurant
“Kampar Fish Jelly” is Yong Tau Foo, which is mostly found in Kampar, Ipoh and KL. Yong Tau Foo is basically fish paste stuffed into varieties of vegetables and tofu. The fish paste is very fresh and springy.
Su Fen posted sufentan88.blogspot.com 153 ReviewsThis place was highly recommend for it Hakka Mee either in dry or curry.
Tang Yen Hawker Stall
Do not miss the opportunity to try out this wonderful dessert when you are in town during dinner time.

The Golden Phoenix Restaurant
The dim sum is fresh and wonderfully tasy and juicy. It is positively lively especially if you like durian.
wackybecky posted www.rebeccasaw.com 545 ReviewsWe were there on a weekday and the lunch crowd was impressive, consistent walk-ins on top of prior reservations diners.
Bamboo Inn Restaurant
It's essentially a road side stall so don't expect air condition comfort. They have ceiling fans though and it was actually not too hot.
