We recently had a preview of Executive Chinese Chef Ben’s specially crafted Mid Autumn Reunion Dinner dishes. Chef Ben’s own creation of Boiled Beef Ribs with Lemongrass scented Spicy Garlic Sauce was fork-tender with a nice balance of flavours.
