Toh Soon Cafe 多春茶座
This place is suitable for breakfast and also tea time. This is one of the gem in Penang Island. It’s just a simple stall located at a small alley in Campbell Street but it’s always crowded with people. The coffee is the famous item in this cafe too, do order a cup if you drop by this cafe.
Love the simplicity here!. Simple food for simple people like us! hehehehe...

Nasi Kandar Pulau Pinang Haji Ibramsha
Along the Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, I have tried the top nasi kandar stalls which is Haji Ibramsha, Yaseen and this one. This is ranked the last out of all. There are nothing special out of their curries. It is just moderate and is crowded because of their strategic location.

Bali Hai
Bali Hai just down the road from our hotel (Gurney Hotel). Looked popular as there was alot of people. Whats nice is that they have tanks and tanks of live seafood!
Overall, if you're looking for a good seafood restaurant in Penang that serves live seafood Bali Hai is good place to try.

SuperbThe Loaf is universally known to be owned by our very famous ex-Prime Minister and also for its pricey premium breads and pastries, however, unless you always dine in expensive restaurants, much less is known about the food they have in their restaurant. The prices of the food is of high...er end, something you should already expect when all their branches are opened at areas such as KL Pavilion. Don't worry though! The food quality is up to par! How about the food? Tokyo Kitchen is a nice restaurant located in Sunway Giza with very homey interior decoration, unfortunately we didn't get to sit inside as it was full. Price of food starts from RM15 and above and overall presentation looks good.

SuperbMy favourite dish of the night was this: Chicken with Yam (RM 20). Yes, i've tasted pork with yam but chicken with yam? I can safely say that this was my first. The minimal sauce of this dish burst with flavours in my mouth, the tasty yam pieces danced around while the tender chicken me...at completed the party. A dish that is definitely going to be ordered on our next visit; highly recommended. read more
