Trending Restaurants in Malaysia – Popular for this month
Cheap, tantalising, and varieties in buffet steamboat.
This place is famous for the fast service, honey chicken wing and value for money (fresh and RM19.80/head). I would give it 2/3 if it wasn't for the crazy crowd and the need to fight for chicken wing.posted
Waterlily, Buddy-Buddy and Bumbu Bali are actually under the same management or shall I say family owner? Bumbu refers to herbs of Bali. It was run by the owner, Eddy and his Bali wife.
Food is authentic and exotic. A little pricey for me. Maybe will visit again for some occasion.posted
Nadeje Patisserie is a cosy cafe that occupies two shop lots in Malacca. It specializes in mille crêpe, a French cake made of many crêpe layers. "Mille" means "a thousand" in French, implying the many layers of crêpe used.
Many selection of crepe cake! Have to be prepare to line up for a seat tho. Always jam packed.posted
Yut Kee is one of the grand old lady of the Kuala Lumpur kopitiam scene having been established since 1928. Today it's being run by the third generation of the family.
Sometimes I felt this place might be too old and too famous to pass, so I would still drop by just to have a feel of old coffeeshop. Chicken Chop is still decent, Robi Babi is intriguing, and didn't get to try the Roasted Pork Special yet.posted
Here's the afternoon tea set for two at RM 52. It came with a 3-tier stand filled with green tea cakes, banana cakes, chocolate pastries, freshly baked scones, sandwiches and canapé, served with coffee or tea at your preference. I love all the sweet treats so much, particularly the green tea and banana cakes. They are not too sweet, flavourful and just simply delicious! The restaurant takes up the space of an intermediate shop lot and therefore the seating is limited. We were lucky it was not noisy when we visited the coffee shop. The staff were well-trained and the service was attentive. I will definitely re-visit Nosh for the afternoon tea set.posted relishbyrae.blogspot.com 14 Reviews
One of the oldest and most original satay celup restaurant. Compared to lok lok which is dipping raw foods into hot water, this is dipping into hot peanut sauce. All the foods were stored in refrigerator to preserve the freshness. Be sure to go there early as the sauce will be recycled and recooked. If you go early, your sauce is fresh from the kitchen.
Great place for satay celup if you don't want to be stuck in the line for an hour.posted missadriennely.wordpress.com 9 Reviews
Mamak restaurant with a great varieties of roti, steamy hot delicious nasi lemak.
This is the "King of all Mamak"; crowded with people during supper time, filled with guiltily delicious food and plenty of variety. Fairly quick service, but there might be some problem getting hold of the busy waiters.posted
it’s somewhat cozy yet stylish restaurant. The menu is gorgeous, with very deliciously shot images of their dishes.I guess Tapas must be one of their speciality here since there’s quite a range of it, from Lamb Meatball to Thai Chicken with Pumpkin There are monthly promotions plus special discounts for students and senior citizens.
The price is in medium range. The taste of food is worth a try, rating 3/5. Not superb delicious type. But the dessert caramel crepe is 4/5. Superb taste.posted
I was invited by my lunch buddies to have German food in Mid Valley. In the recent months, they have introduced their set lunch packages which includes a glass of drink and a selection of your main dish. You can add on soup or salad too. According to my friend, this restaurant also offers pork knuckle. Perhaps, will try it out next time. There were no lunch crowd when we visited the restaurant which is located at the ground floor, open al-fresco area outside the Mid Valley Megamall. We chose to sit at the centre of the restaurant. Mixed Sausages Platter This is my main dish. It consisted of 3 different sausages with bread roll, salad and creamy mashed potatoes. The sausages were crispy and tasted good. It came with special sauces used for all main dishes.posted liyenz.wordpress.com 6 Reviews
