Chilled Carol Weed with Ginseng and Wolfberry 人參枸杞珊瑚草

Dessert in Hilton CNY menu 2017 is the best among all we had tried. Chilled carol weed sweet soup with whole ginseng in it, and we never expect texture of wolfberry is taken into attention too – soft but remained crunch, really nice.
