他们的凤梨来自Nibong Tebal,也就是槟城的高渊。一罗罗的凤梨运来店家后，他们就会亲自把凤梨分割好，再把凤梨切成一小块的，然后把馅料煮10-12小时。从切凤梨至凤梨酥完成品，整个制造过程几乎耗费了四天。
