The ban chan didn't taste too fresh either, so overall not a great dining experience here. When we were paying, I noticed a sign saying that they would be changing their name to Dae Bak soon. This is a far cry from the Publika outlet. NOT a place I would be returning to anytime soon.

We tried two out of their six options: ‘Jin Hiong Mai’ (煎香米) and ‘Chao Kap Dai’ (炒及底) @ RM5 and RM5.50 respectively. The crowd’s favorite – ‘Jin Hiong Mai’ is a fried vermicelli noodle dish with gravy, while ‘Chao Kap Dai’ is a fried noodle with all the ingredients available at their stall such as pork slices, prawns and fish cakes. Both are equally delicious in their own right.

Taiwan Spicy Noodle House serves delicious noodles with authentic Taiwanese flavours.

The spicy noodles, also known as xiang la mian is as advertised, both fragrant and spicy! It is topped with red chilli oil. The noodle itself was good, very smooth with a nice texture. The spicy one is definitely the way to go, if you can take the heat. We ended up mixing both the spicy and non-spicy noodles together, and the spiciness then was more tolerable for me. Both noodles were topped with some crispy topping (I think its deep fried wantan skin and garlic). Overall, a very good bowl of noodles.

Deluxe RM10.00 Fairly large in portion, it was very affordable considering the luscious ingredients. I opted for bee hoon, but you can choose your preferred noodles from the choice of yellow mee and kuey teow. In my humble opinion, it was one of the best curry noodles I've tasted. I don't like it, I love it!

Basically our restaurant is famous on all the local hawker food which we have more than 25 hawker stalls and serve more than 70 plus of delicacies food.

So far, we have never been disappointed by Sam’s yong tau fu but if there’s anything they could improve on, it might be the soup which tastes kind of light. Not necessarily a bad thing though, at least it’s not loaded with MSG.

Overall, as long as you are able to pick a flavor (or spiciness) that suits your taste buds, I think you’d find the food here fresh and enjoyable. Price wise, it’s affordable considering the meal cost around RM60 and the amount of food we took was sufficient to share among 4 adults.
