The Chicken Ramen (Tori Ajitama-Uma) @ RM21.90 was much lighter. Love the broth. The chicken was tender and soft. It was simply delicious.

Its a ramen galore at Bari Uma. The noodles are made in house. You will be required to stipulate what's your prefer hardness for your ramen - soft, original or firm. Needless to say firm would be my choice as I am generally a slow eater so I hate having soft slushy noodles at the end of my meal.

Bari-Uma's concept on ramen consists of super rich tonkotsu shoyu ramen broth with high quality soy sauce for the base of the soup where the natural flavors of the pork is preserved resulting in a nice creamy taste.

Overall Rating: 7.5/10. Closing this review, Bariuma is definitely on top of my ramen list. In my humble opinion, this place could potentially be the Rising Star of Ramen in PJ.
