The soft boned chicken has textures like 'tendon' or 'gristle' which aren't exactly good to munch.

Popular with char siew and self made noodle, the self made noodle texture is good and very Q, match perfectly with the char siew and roast pork. Normally the dishes will sold out around 11 am.
