I think my eggs benedict is poached to perfection. The yolk oozes out and I saved 1 whole yolk and have it 'popped' in my mouth!. Love it!!

Paradigm Mall 的 Plan B 位于商场的当眼处，每回经过时都看见里面有不少人正悠闲地用餐。这里的装潢简洁利落，昏黄的灯光让在这里聚餐的人觉得更舒服，餐厅里也特别设有沙发座，和几个好友一起在这里喝喝咖啡聊聊天最适合不过了。

这里头卖的多是西式餐点，如意大利面和三文治等等。除此之外，餐牌里还有一些本地美食以供食客多一些不同的选择。来到一个有情调的餐厅，我还是属意西式的美食。
