The restaurant usually jam packed with people during peak hours. This outlet has good service and food quality.

Brinker has opened 11 other more restaurants along those years which ended either closed down or sold to another organization. Finally left with Maggiano's Little Italy (Italian Chain Restaurant) and Chili's Grill & Bar Restaurant. This casual dining restaurant has over 1500 restaurants in 31 countries.
Yuzu Japanese Restaurant
A contemporary ambiance that alternates between sophisticated, classy and adoring, the mirrors on the wall did gave an extended look to it. Ventilation was good... as it was seriously cold, *they should work on this*, but the service was excellent. Friendly staffs welcomed us responsively and good recommendations is what you'll get.

However, that is not enough to retain a customer's heart in this current competitive market now. In order for them to survive for long term, I do believe competitive price is the only option to be stand out against others. Yes, if you from a Business School, no matter how bad a market competing each other, adjusting your price is always the last option. Unfortunately for Japanese Cuisine, they already reaching at the stage where the only restaurant who has the more capital to withstand the business storm will survive longer.

Queue line is very common to see during peak hours. If you have not been to this restaurant yet, it is the same like you have not been to a McDonalds before which means...You better start looking for this restaurant!!!
Fun OK Cafe

This place is quite crowded when reaching midnight. Night owls from University College Sedaya International (UCSI) just love to roam in this area at that hour. Parking maybe hard to find during lunch and dinner time because not enough parking to accommodate all customers along that shop row. However it is slightly better when towards midnight as some of other shops already close and left Fun OK Cafe the only shop which is still in business at that hour. Wi-fi is available here. This place is recommended either couple or group gathering. Quite a noisy environment but I still will find my chance to revisit this wonderful cafe.
Daorae Korean BBQ Restaurant

Well, to me for them to open so many branches since 2006/2007, they have already done a good job maintaining their image and quality. So dine without any hesitation is you see this famous name for an unforgettable Korean cuisine experience. This is another good example for a restaurant that has a break in between their business hours.
El Cerdo
El Cerdo which means “the pig” in Spanish, specialises in porcine delights.

Not really suitable for couples because the restaurant is quite noisy. Pre-booking is highly encouraged to avoid disappointment. If possible, order your desired food in advance as well because some of their signature dishes requires long hours to prepare.
MOF (Ministry of Food)
Famous for their Hokkaido soft serve ice cream and their funky creations.

I somehow not really impressed with the Hokkaido ice cream because it is not really special to me. Indeed the ice cream is smooth but it is just too sweet. Is it original Hokkaido ice cream like that or they changed the recipe to suit our local culture here?
Padi House
Padi House, pretty interesting and creative name, don’t have to travel more than 10 kilometres to the nearest “mixed rice” source.The cafe has an open-air concept, pretty much like any coffee shop but the seats are quite comfy.

The parking here is quite hard to find and the paid parking is quite far from this restaurant. Wi-fi is provided for you to enjoy their comfy ambiance and cozy environment. It is really a great place to chillout either alone or with your group of good friends.

However, what you see here and their menu looks really really different. Kinda deceiving and their butter is so stingily applied. If not that, I will give them a full mark.
Sakae Sushi
With a LCD panel at every station/table, we can go through the menu, scroll through the varieties, place and send our orders to the kitchen with few clicks on the mouse.

If anyone recalled the news about the roof leakage on the Sakae Sushi which has been covered from the press but unable to cover anymore for the cockroach in their Unagi Sushi incident. Well, that does not stop the crowd from visiting them. You may not able to see the queue line which you usually see at Sushi Zanmai but if to compare with Sushi King, Sakae Sushi still the one who has the upper hand
Restoran Bibichik
The place has a very homey feel catering to an older crowd. And that's reflected even in the live music with music from the 50s & 60s. Live music in a nyonya restaurant with the singer belting evergreens from Cliff Richards & Elvis - not bad. So I guess part of the reason why the place is packed is that people come here for the music as well.

I will try Restoran Nyonya next time when my "Nyonya" mood returns. Parking is ample here and their wi-fi too.
Quan Ice Crean & Coffee House

This place so big by occupying two stories and two units of shop lot. The ambiance is cozy and their lighting setup is designed pretty well not so dark until you can't even know what food you are eating and not so bright until you feel you lost your own privacy.

The cigarette smoke is all over the restaurant even though they did categorize smoker and non-smoker section. Service is so poor that they can ignore my presence for at least 10 mins! I almost walk out from the restaurant. They served their pizza so slow!
Wan Tan Mee Sg Besi 新街场路全蛋面
Sungai Besi Wan Tan Mee is recommended for their Char Siew and Wild Boar Curry alone.

In my opinion, if you can't even get your signature dish right, I do not think the side dishes will be that impressive either. Their services are even worse. They are pretty arrogant as if their food are the best in the world. I hate a person not looking at you when he/she is talking.
