Too bad the location is at a really heavy traffic area. It is really a nuisance when you have to fight your way through the traffic jam just to reach the cafe and thinking how to get out of it later when you want to leave the place.

It is a horrible experience especially for those who had been to Japan before. If they would want to survive, they need to start getting fresher stocks and serve buffet style instead.

However, the service is very bad, lettuce is not well wash, bad air ventilation in the restaurant and the price is not cheap at all. In my opinion, with their fancy decoration and design will able to attract patron to dine in just one time only but will never get many loyal customers unless they started to do something about their problems.

It always must be either the owner or someone close to the owner who knows about all the dishes in the menu. I have to give credit to their professionalism in every finest detail in serving their patrons.

I'll give it a 3***rating. Ambiance wise a 4***. Good place to recommend for a meet up with friends as you can sit and chat comfortably.

Highly recommended even you are just having a simple cup of coffee here. The price might be slightly on the high but since they are serving you the best quality of food and drinks that they can offer, we just have to give them some extra credit for the effort.
