Despite the name, Merchant’s Lane is not really a lane but a delightfully warm and atmospheric cafe that provides respite from this touristy side of the city.

There are plenty of seats. You could sit inside or outside the cafe. Both areas are covered. You don’t need to worry about the rain.

Merchant’s Lane is a great place for coffee. Not going to judge much on the food since we sampled only Beef Stew. Will taste more in future. Extra friendly service.
