海港火锅的汤底都各有特色，如澳门猪骨汤、花雕药材汤、皮蛋芫茜汤、清热竹蔗汤、家乡潮州汤、滋润雪耳汤、特色胡椒粒汤、泰式冬炎汤和港式羊腩煲。各种汤底的用料都十足，我们所点的滋润雪耳汤里就有木瓜、枸杞、猪骨和雪耳。滋润雪耳汤底清甜润喉且明目，木瓜的甜味都充分的展现在汤里头，雪耳则是脆口的。

They have many types of soup for the steamboat but I only highly recommend their TomYam Soup. Everyday, this place easily full house especially on weekends. So please do call to reserve a seat to avoid disappointment. Without a doubt, the price for the steamboat is very expensive but the quality is there. So just spend your money on them without any worries. They have enough manpower so their service is excellent.
