posted www.choiyen.com 419 ReviewsBeing an avid fan of Pablo Cheesetart since its opening in Malaysia, I never miss any of their cheesetart which included the original flavor, strawberry flavor and now the matcha and the latest Cinnapple. These two flavors definitely sounds too good to pass up! How about a Pablo mini Cheese Tart afternoon tea party? Yay!
Brew&Bread
The place for true COFFEE LOVERS Specialty coffee at affordable price -----> WHITE Blend (Brazil Cerrado Sul de Minas + Indonesian Sumatra Aceh Takengon) & BLACK Blend (Seasonal)
posted honeydewpoint.blogspot.comI usually don't visit cafe nearby my house due to personal presumption of "things that are generally nearby your house isn't really good" - which is a wrong mindset to have, until one fateful day that I have decided to pay Brew & Bread a good visit. Brew & Bread has been operating more than 6 years ago and still counting... Today, they are one of the best cafe in Klang Valley that could serve good brunch as well as specialty coffee to the market.
Meng Kee Wan Tan Mee 明記云吞面
posted eatwhateatwhere.blogspot.comWell, this had all the hallmarks of a sticky, sweet, tender char siew that Meng Kee is famous for, so I guess it passes the test! ^_~ Would I drive all the way from KL just to savour Meng Kee's char siew? Certainly not! Probably can detour here if I so happen to be somewhere in PJ. But, then again, I don't have to. I've got a similar one in Uncle Meng near me that's just as good as Meng Kee's.
28 Fireplace Cafe
posted eatwhateatwhere.blogspot.comThis is a great cafe and fast becoming one of my favourites in this part of town (that's closer to home). Their exciting version 4.0 menu is certainly on the right track with these add-on hot dishes to their menu of mostly pastas, gourmet sandwiches and salads. The three dishes that we tried will be great additions to their menu when it's finalised. I certainly hope the salmon fillet and zucchini and corn fritters make it on the menu permanently as I'd love to have them again. After two visits, I'm absolutely certain that there'll be a third.....and a fourth...and a....! Well, I've been here for dinner and after-dinner snacks, it's time I come when the sun is up...for some morning brekkies! ^_~
Sanoook Pavilion
posted eatwhateatwhere.blogspot.comThe majority of the menu leans towards Thai specialities with Japanese offerings making up a small part of the menu only. The few that I tried, I have to say the Thai dishes made a more positive impact. The food I've managed to try here is average at best (though there's still plenty to try as the menu is quite extensive). Prices may be a little on the high side (for both types of cuisine, especially the desserts) but some of the Thai dishes do come in generous portion-sizes. I'm not sure if I'm convinced to order from the Japanese section of the menu again since they failed to nail the salmon skewer which I thought is one of the easiest things to execute. Managed by the fine folks of Chakri (of which I had the pleasure of dining before), I think the Thai dishes here are still worth checking out as they certainly won't be as expensive as Chakri. Just don't go in with too high an expectation and you should come off satisfied.

MARCO Creative Cuisine is an ultra-modern gastronomic restaurant spearheaded by Chef Daren, leavening the dining experience with a sense of excitement and a touch of adventure.
posted eatwhateatwhere.blogspot.comAlthough there were obviously some hits and misses where the food was concerned, the 5-star dining experience overall made me willing to overlook some of its shortcomings. The Good 1. Fine dining menu at its most affordable. 2. Great aesthetic pleasure from the food plating and presentation. 3. Quality ingredients (for the price paid). 4. Lovely ambience. The Not-So-Good 1. Appetiser and entrees could be improved. 2. Finer balance between good and overly attentive service. 3. Better way to provide detailed descriptions of the dishes.
Won Korean Dining
posted www.choiyen.com 419 ReviewsVerdict: Price was decent for a mall restaurant but the meat and side dishes choices were quite limited. For those who love variety, I afraid this place may not suit you. There’s still room for improvement when come to service, I think service with a smile definitely can leave a positive impression to the patrons.

posted eatwhateatwhere.blogspot.comThe food ticked all the right boxes for taste, value, portion and presentation....and the coffees were equally great too. The super friendly service and, in particular, Filippo's charming, chatty and engaging personality is bound to win you over. If you're working or staying in the vicinity of KLCC, this trendy and friendly Italian-style cafe/bistro in the heart of KL is a must-visit. An excellent spot to unwind and enjoy awesome food with family, friends or colleagues. What more can I say? My dining experience here was perfect.....just perfect! ^.^ I want (and need) more of such experiences! ^_~
Toriden
Hakata, a historic land located in Fukuoka is said to feature Japan’s most attractive food, eating culture and also where Japanese beauties would gather. Amongst all traditionally loved Hakata dishes, the “Chicken Hotpot” tops the list. Its chicken broth that is boiled into a rich and thick consistency with added collagen for a health boost, is certainly not to be missed.
posted theyumlist.netReasons to visit: Zen atmosphere, Japanese food, chicken hot pot, free flow of vegetables, no additives, in-house ponzu and Yuzu Kosyo, best Warabi-Mochi in town.
Restoran Millenmium Eighty Six 千禧百乐茶餐室
posted eatwhateatwhere.blogspot.comOur stalls of choice are still the one dealing in steam fish and fish head noodles and the fiesty grand ol' lady's lor bak stall with the best (and our favourite) yam cake. We also wanted to add on our latest find which is the nasi lemak that's-so-lemak-it's-bonkers at the front of the shop but we couldn't find it on our later visits. But then the new beef ball noodles stall gives us another good option here.
Sapore
Sapore is an Italian, Spanish-Mediterranean Restaurant located at Ampang, the neighbouring city at KL. Sapore means flavours in Italian. At Sapore, we held an interesting slogan – “Serving you Artisan Food and Fine Wine”, simply because we highlight the authentic taste of Italian and Spanish food. posted pureglutton.com 234 ReviewsWhat is “flavours” in Italian? SAPORE, of course and it’s an apt name for a restaurant that celebrates the authentic flavours of not only Italian food but also Spanish-Mediterranean favourites. Located in a quiet suburb in Ampang, Sapore Restaurant is the quintessential neighbourhood eatery that beckons with delicious comfort food and a relaxing place to just chill out with artisanal food and fine wines.

Fish & Co
The restaurant inspiration comes from the simple practices of fisherman in Mediterranean who caught seafood fresh from the seas, cooked and ate the freshly cooked seafood immediately from the pan.
posted eatwhateatwhere.blogspot.comWell, they say "one bite 'n' you're hooked"....well, I used to be but not anymore since I've now had the privilege of eating better fish & chips elsewhere. It's funny how things taste good at one time don't seem to be so later on in life (or vice versa, in some cases, like what bitter gourd used to be for me). I think it's because our tastebuds got elevated (over time) from all that eating....I know mine did! ;) But the fact that they continue to open more outlets (the latest one being in Sunway Velocity) goes to show that some still find their fish & chips worthy for its reasonable pricing and big portions.
Chicken Up - Subang Jaya
Chicken Up focuses on delivery quality & fresh chicken everyday! Paired with 4 unique flavours, one can enjoy Chicken Up any time of the day! We provide pork and lard free food.
posted www.thebgirlworld.comOverall, it is a great hang out spot with family and friends for their wide variety Korean chicken menu. The food is good and the price is reasonable too, definitely i will come back again! As the location is nearby shopping mall, college and residential area, there are always crowded. Do expect the long waiting time especially during lunch and dinner hours, I am not sure if they do reservations but you can give it a try.
