Elixir Kitchen
Whole new dining experience with Elixir Kitchen! Pick your own choice of freshly marinate meat, seafood, sausages, bacon & ham. All about herbs & spices.
posted eatwhateatwhere.blogspot.comWhen I came here, I was hoping expecting it to be better than Anne Elizabeth since there's marination in their meats but, ultimately, it turned out to be worse. Maybe the other meats (and pasta dishes) will fare better or, better still, take no risk, and go with the 'as is' items like sausages, bacon and ham. In the end, we couldn't bring ourselves to finish any of the food (except the mushroom soup). I'm afraid this will be my one and only visit as this did not sit well with me.....at all...from the meats to the sides to the sauces (that I tried)! :'( Perhaps (and hopefully), you might have a different and better experience. I like the concept of "we pick, they cook" and I'm always on the lookout for these type of places offering good and affordable grilled meats....but alas, my search continues.

terence88 postedBadUnethical business operator! Found a small cockroach body in one of the 'longan' when about to finish the 红枣茶. After bringing it to the cashier, the lady boss hurried to take over the longan and tear it off, squeezing and tearing the body off into pieces and loudly told us by shouting that it is just the longan stem or seed, so speechless and helpless at the same time. Really disappointed to see such business operators nowadays, especially for a such well known one. Urging to be extra cautious when visiting this place.
MARCO Creative Cuisine
MARCO Creative Cuisine is an ultra-modern gastronomic restaurant spearheaded by Chef Daren, leavening the dining experience with a sense of excitement and a touch of adventure.
posted eatwhateatwhere.blogspot.comAlthough there were obviously some hits and misses where the food was concerned, the 5-star dining experience overall made me willing to overlook some of its shortcomings. The Good 1. Fine dining menu at its most affordable. 2. Great aesthetic pleasure from the food plating and presentation. 3. Quality ingredients (for the price paid). 4. Lovely ambience. The Not-So-Good 1. Appetiser and entrees could be improved. 2. Finer balance between good and overly attentive service. 3. Better way to provide detailed descriptions of the dishes.

Naughty Babe Dirty Duck - Bangsar Baru
We are a casual restaurant with a menu that’s very straight forward (well, you know... the pork and the duck). Our signature Naughty Babe Dirty Duck BBQ Pork Rib is lacquered with homemade barbecue sauce and grilled perfectly for your satisfaction, every time. A qualified Naughty Babe Dirty Duck diner will never forget to spice up our famous BBQ Pork Rib with our "Hot Stuff" - the homemade flaming hot chili sauce, and pairing it with a pint of Tiger Draught or Guinness Draught. To switch things up from the traditional beer and barbecue pairing, replace that beer with a glass of chilled wine, don't tell us you are not the naughty one. Of course, we've naughtily prepared a wide range of wine for your selection. And if you haven't figured it out already, we're a non-halal restaurant.

Suki-Ya - MyTOWN Shopping Center すき家
The conceptualization of Suki-Ya was born from the combination of specialized shops in Japan serving hot pot, shabu-shabu and sukiyaki. In order to adopt and share the exclusive dining experience, we gathered technology and expertise from Japan and fuse them together. We wanted to share our idea of a modern healthy lifestyle eatery where people can get together to experience healthy, low fat food in a warm atmosphere. At Suki-Ya, we offer 4 choices of popular soup bases to further entice the diner's pallete with the FREE FLOW of freshly sliced meat. Fans of sukiyaki will certainly love our paper thin sliced beef. To complement the rich selection of meat, our healthy vegetable bar is always stocked with fresh greens and premium pasteurised eggs. We have specially made dipping sauce available or you can always create your own favourite sauce. We also have an a-la carte menu with choices ranging from tofu to the ever popular salmon sashimi.
posted goodyfoodies.blogspot.com 33 ReviewsThere are four types of soup to choose from - shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, miso and kimuchi. We went for the shabu-shabu and kimuchi. From the Healthy Bar, you will find different types of mushrooms (enoki, Eryngii, shitake, oyster), vegetables (spinach, lettuce, pak choi, leeks, corn, Chinese cabbage, carrot), tofu, udon, shirataki noodles, lala clams, sausage, fish cake, fish balls, and much more. You can also help yourself to the sushi at the bar. Suki-Ya is an all-you-can-eat place, so help yourself to anything you like. The price is RM31.90++ for adults and half price for kids for lunch (11am-5pm). There will be a RM2 surcharge on weekends. For dinner, price is RM39.80++. Kids under 4 eat for FREE. Buffet time is 120 minutes.

Rakuzen - Sunway Velocity Mall
posted eatwhateatwhere.blogspot.comActually, Rakuzen is one of very few (probably the only one) in this mall that can be considered a more premium restaurant. And, guess what? It was almost full when we walked in on a weekend night while the more affordable restaurants were barely occupied. So, what does that tell you? Cheras folks have discerning "atas" tastebuds too. That's why I feel that Sunway Velocity may have gotten their tenant mix (for F & B) wrong by concentrating too much on chain restaurants, lower end eateries or the common, tried and tested types. I (personally) would like to see more original and higher end restaurants opening here. This was my first visit to Rakuzen.....and it certainly won't be my last. After all, I can't see any other premium eateries in this mall that I can try (for now), can you? ;)
Cathay Restaurant
posted www.choiyen.com 419 ReviewsVerdict: Honestly this place certainly make it to the best Hainanese chops I’ve eaten but if you bored of the usual Ipoh food such as Bean Sprout Chicken, Curry Laksa, and so on, you may give this a try.

posted www.malaysianflavours.com 568 ReviewsComing to “Eggs” choices. There are five to pick from the latest menu but recommendation wise, it is difficult because all are lovely. It depends if you love to have it in poached eggs, scrambled eggs or omelette. We personally enjoyed Single Poached Egg, Ratatouille, Fresh Basil, Parmesan on Sourdough Toast (RM20), as well as Sauteed Tiger Prawns, Two Onsen Style Poached Eggs in Glass with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mixed Cress, Multigrain Bread Stick (RM30) – a dish that has got us impressed since our first visit, and still equally delicious till today. Must-try.
