The fish is fresh as promised! And to my delight, there’s no “muddy” taste! I suspect that it’s the strong ginger essence that has been absorbed into the juicy flesh during the steaming and that definitely covers off whatever unpleasant after taste.
The restaurant, part of the Oriental Chain (Ming Room, Noble House, Oriental, etc), is adequately ID-ed, not over the top, but still, it is basically a Chinese restaurant. The food however, is fairly consistent with their other outlets, which is usually of an acceptable standard.

Nice porridge and dumplings
Wide variety of chinese food. Well known for its extremely fast service. New Paris has moved to a proper building and has established itself as one of the fastest food serving restaurants in town. Very fast and efficient service. From order placement to food serve time will take only 10 minutes. All foods are reasonably priced.
Free "Valet" Parking (the staff will assist you to find a spot), Quick Serving, Taste Good with Reasonable Price, what more could I ask for?

This is a place to visit if one is searching for halal dim sum. Using a combination of mainly seafood and chicken, this place is sure to cater to our Muslim friends! Although do pick the time well, as this place can get pretty crowded at peak times.
Yim Sie Chong, at the age of 39, is the owner of two seafood restaurants named La La Chong -- one across the road from Terminal 3, in Subang, and the other in Ara Damansara, Subang.
I am truly disappointed with the food and service at Lala Chong Seafood Village in Ara Damansara. Was there on 16 Aug 2014 with my family for dinner, the captain recommended a prawn dish called 'gon jin har lok', we thought why not, when the prawn dish was served, the prawns are filled with Chlorine taste, we can even smell the Chlorine, we told the captain, he buat tak tahu, then we told the boss, he buat tak tahu too, then they started to avoid our 2 tables, and of course they still charge the prawn at full price without coming back to us for any explanation, shame on their food and service! No next time!
Hua Xing have good authentic Hokkien dishes, especially their Curry Chicken Bun. They have great hospitality, cosy warm ambiance that gives you the kind of eating-at-home feeling and affordable pricing.
