The spicy noodles, also known as xiang la mian is as advertised, both fragrant and spicy! It is topped with red chilli oil. The noodle itself was good, very smooth with a nice texture. The spicy one is definitely the way to go, if you can take the heat. We ended up mixing both the spicy and non-spicy noodles together, and the spiciness then was more tolerable for me. Both noodles were topped with some crispy topping (I think its deep fried wantan skin and garlic). Overall, a very good bowl of noodles.
Xian Ding Wei (鲜定味), a new Taiwanese cuisine restaurant opened at 1 Utama. The restaurant features a delighting Taiwanese dishes. This restaurant is a non- halal restaurant. The service here was great and they have many choices of delights foe me to choose to have.

The food are similar to what you get at Fong Lye's but a bit inferior.
Over 30 stalls, serving a diverse array of food in a clean environment, both halal and non-halal. I observed dessert stalls, as well as Chinese, Malay, Indian, Western, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Taiwan et al. This food court operates 24/7 and environment wise are very cozy and clean. The foods served are proportion to the price paid and also plenty of variety to choose from.

Honestly this Strawberry Vanilla Waffle Ice Cream is big enough to serve 3 person. At Par Tea Time, the waffle and strawberry vanilla ice cream is serve separately. So you no need worry your wafer will soaking wet. And the wafer is so aromatic and crispy. And I like it to serve hot. While the vanilla ice cream is smooth and not too sweet BUT the strawberry is toooo sourrrr >..<"
