Hau kee Seafood Restaurant
This place is popular among the Cheras residents but at the same time also attracted many other food-goers around. It was very packed during dinner time.
low.b.leong posted foodbin.blogspot.com 474 ReviewsParking is horrible-double and triple parking. But the good food make up for it.
Yang Kee Restaurant
carolyntay posted www.carolyntay.com 23 ReviewsBig love for it, haven't found another beef noodles as good as Yang Kee's
One Corner Café (和喜茶室)
Hokkien Mee is one of the best hawker delicacies in Penang. Go early for the hokkien mee or otherwise you will need to wait very long for your bowl of mee. Ask for the pork lard to go with the hokkien mee. You definitely won’t be disappointed by the crispiness of it. The hokkien mee usually sold out before 11am.
carene19 posted lovewinter19.blogspot.com 90 ReviewsSuperbThe 40 minutes awaited hokkien mee doesn't fail my expectation. A great breakfast complemented with wide selection of Nyonya Kuih Muih at One Corner Cafe
Restoran Sri Karak
Most pastries in Seri Karak are self-baked The building has a separate section in the front of its multi-storey, bright-coloured restaurant that is dedicated to baked products. Products are baked only once in the morning and only sold while stocks last.
Gertak Sanggul Fishing Store
This restaurant actually is a fishing store with a small dining area beside it which caters for those customers came for fishing. You can get fresh seafood around Gertak Sanggul area as it's just next to the sea.
enqvist posted www.tasteiest.com 222 ReviewsNot only the seafood is awesome here but view also breathtaking, you can spend sometime to walk around the beach before dinner.
Oriental Cravings
The food is good, but quite pricy Interior resembling some long-standing kopitiams, inclusion of some modernized outlook plus characteristics of Far East did paid off. Well, at least we're at ease

Kedai Kopi Kong Heng 光兴茶室
Choi postedBadKong Heng restaurant is my favourite visit every time I am at Ipoh. This changed one day wheny family arrived at the restaurant late at 3pm and many of the stalls were closing. The chicken rice stall owner welcome us and we ordered from him. Bad experience started when the chicken rice stall owner deliver the food and my wife questioning the price inconsistency. The chicken rice stall owner clarify the price and become agitated, started raising his voice and claimed that we unfairly accused him charging excessive. I have to calm him down! He keep on raising his voice on us for a minute. I did not choose to quarrel with him as I do not want to show bad example to my daughter. His chicken rice is okay but the very poor service and attitude toward customer make us stop visiting to Kong Heng again. Other stalls in the restaurant services are good by Malaysia standard. The chicken rice stall leave a very bad name to Kong Heng restaurant Ipoh. I do not think I am the first customer to get bad experience from him. I advise future customer not to question or argue with him in order to have peaceful meal.
Peel Road Char Siew
Just the 5 of us, we had tons of food, 8 portions of the char siew, 4 portions of the chicken, 2 vegetables, 4 portions of roast pork and soup! It was darn good!!!
Pas De Nom posted chillout-soulout-freakout.blogspot.com 471 ReviewsExceptionalThey have other delicacies which are equally good such as their steamed chicken, roasted chicken, chicken leg, pork knuckles and roasted meat. The best for me is their char siew. Others did not really caught much attention from my appetite.
Loong Foong Seafood Restaurant
Best crispy roasted duck in town The of the skin is thin and crispy, the marinate that they use masks the usually strong duck smell and gives it a very nice blended taste. The duck meat has just the right consistency of tenderness and moist with lots of juiciness and flavor in it.
Lee2018 postedGoodcostly meal 吐口水. 1kg catfish cost rm110. not worthy. no more 2nd time
Yap Hup Kee 叶合记
d_luaz posted tammylci.blogspot.com 2 ReviewsI am not a fan of chee cheong fun or yong tau foo food but trust me this place is really so tasty until I could come back to eat here when I have so many chee cheong fun stalls around my housing area. The place may look a bit scruffy and street-ish to you but they have good food.
Big Tree Foot (大树脚) Roadside Hawker
Ipoh’s famous “Big Tree’s Foot” (called Tai Shu Keok in Cantonese) which located at Pasir Pinji with a friend. Basically, this place is kinda dusty and untidy as it’s located by the roadside. The hawkers erected some canopies probably due to some complaints by customers that leaves falling from above.
posted www.vkeong.com 879 ReviewsMost of the yong tau fu we had were decent but not really outstanding. The only item that was special enough to be memorable was the ‘sar kot’ (stuffed turnip) – mainly because it was my first time having it, and we don’t get this in KL. But then again, I get comments saying there are plenty of other places that make tastier ‘sar kot’.
Green House hawker center
blogalicious posted crispoflife.blogspot.com 34 ReviewsExceptionalHokkien Mee's broth is delicious on its own, even without adding its chili paste.
Ngau Kee Beef Noodle
The stall is actually 34 years old.
samantha sum posted tummyparadiseland.wordpress.com 35 ReviewsExceptionalNever expected this stall can be last for so long! Heard that it been they for more than 30 years! Only a small stall located along the Jln Tengkat Tung Shin. Situated at the road side.
Restoran BB Ho Steamboat (味味好火锅之家)
Pulau Ketam Steamboat. One for the more popular steamboat around Bandar Puteri, usually crowded on weekend night.
mum2 postedSuperbThere are lots of steamboat restaurant around Puchong, BB Ho remains the favourite for my family. No fancy stuff here but fresh food in delicious soup, with reasonable price. They have expanded now with aircond hall. I like their la la fried bihun as well.
Purple Cane Tea Restaurant
Famous for tea and healthy food, with nice environment, free Wi-Fi plus pretty chicks. Purple Cane Tea Restaurant look nothing like its host. Its bright, modern, almost zen like with a touch of traditional tea house style furniture. A nice and quite place to chill and chit chat with friends.
Duckie posted duckies-food-blog.blogspot.com 304 ReviewsA very soothing meal in a way. Nothing oily, deep fried, curry and I suppose everything here looks and tastes healthy but a little too much tea and a little too healthy for my taste.
