Spicy Sharon by spicysharon
Hanwoori Korean Restaurant
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 7/10. The BBQ beef steaks would probably be the highlight of my meal. Most of what I've had that night were quite good, but really nothing to shout about. For me, it would have to be the distance away from home that would hinder a revisit to this area anytime soon.
J&D Espresso
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 5/10. Service was very pleasant and the staff was extremely accommodating on my picture taking habits. Food wise, it was fairly decent overall. But for its price and reputation, I can't deny that I was expecting a little more.
G-YiTang (聚一堂)
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 5.5/10. With already a favorite dim sum place in mind, I can't deny that I came a little bias. Personally, and most importantly, having fantastic servings of essential dim sum offerings would be a deal-ringer for me - the type of basic dim sum dishes that every table won't fail to order, siew mai, har gao, chee cheong fun, char siew pau, yu yun, lo mai kai etc.
Pacific Coffee
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsPacific Coffee have recently expanded to Sunway Pyramid, with a newly refurbished coffeehouse seating, while still maintaining their signature gourmet coffee, bringing in a whole new lifestyle experience for coffee lovers like me!
Thai Ho Chiak
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 7.5/10. Thai Ho Chiak plates up satisfactory servings of authentic Thai food. Despite the meager meats, the green curry was easily one of the best I've had around. The red ruby dessert was fantastic and also one of my top picks too. If you are from the neighborhood, by all means, do head over. Parking could be a hassle during peak hours nonetheless.
Dubu Dubu
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 7/10. For me, this is a decently good and cheap Korean restaurant worthy of visiting. Though it is obvious that food served is very MSG laden - I suffered post-MSG face and body bloat.
MOF (Ministry of Food)
We specialise in japanese desserts, coffee, pastas and sandwiches. Ingredients are fully imported from Japan. We also serve sushis and bentos.
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 6/10. I've heard quite a few things prior to visiting - about the inconsistent service and the rather modest experiences.
The Good Batch
The Good Batch - Purveyors of all the good things in life.

Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restauran
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 6/10. The food I sampled that evening was quite delicious, especially the BBQ meats - you have to try those.
Charlie Chaplin Cafe
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 7/10. My meal at Charlie Chaplin was largely satisfying, with highlights being the crispy charcoal base Mexicana pizza.
NAKED Restaurant & Bar
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 5/10. Since I was there solely on the lookout for food, my standpoint would be rather bias. For me, NAKED appeared overrated - the food menu was skimpy and the price tagged to its dishes simply did not justify it's quality and quantity. Pub grub would do great in NAKED nonetheless - drinks were good, and choices came substantial. Dinner? I'm rather adamant to recommend.

KyoChon 1991
KyoChon Fried Chicken has 4 flavor: Original Soy Series, Salsal Series, Red Series, Honey Series
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 7/10. Providing the missing piece that eluded me, I would really love to see complimentary banchans (Korean side dishes) in their menu. Desserts too for that matter. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my meal and would probably return soon for another dose of the Honey fried chicken and Dakgalbi.

spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 8.5/10. If there's one thing I'd subconciously noticed in RBB's 'dark side' menu, it would have to be the use of poached eggs - it's literally in every single dish we ordered that day! The breakfast dishes itself may not look very big, but it's easily the most satisfying breakfast I've had in awhile.
