Senjyu
Senjyu which means ‘eternity of life’ was established since 2008 with its first outlet located at e@Curve (this branch was closed down: latest update on January 2015) and the second outlet at Bangsar Village II.
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 8/10. I had great expectations of my meal and was not disapointed. This was one memorable dining experience. The oysters were amazing; the sashimi fantastic; the kaki roll addictive; the soft shell kani and unagi mentai maki was delectable.
Bar BQ Plaza
Bar BQ Plaza is a franchise originated from Bangkok and recently they opened their first outlet in Malaysia, specialising in steamboat and grilling.
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 6/10. Whiffs of aromatic smokes were coming from all directions throughout the night. The highlight of my meal would have to be the sliced meats, especially the pork ones - those were delicious.
De Budget Cafe & Bar
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsDe'Budget.com is Malaysia’s first online pre-purchase café bar which offers you a concept somewhat similar to that of budget airlines - the earlier you buy, the more you save. It's like a deals website - except that you can purchase at any point in time!
Pickle & Fig
The idea of Pickle & Fig is to offer healthy fresh gourmet panini, sandwiches and smoothie. We doesn’t just boast a healthy hearty palate but also prides itself as a nice cosy neighbourhood laid-back joint.
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 7.5/10. The sandwiches were really good - perfectly pressed panini with just the right texture of crisp-and-fluff, the bread felt fresh and had toothsome textures; the smoked turkey roll was delicious and had a nice chew to it.
Tony Roma's
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 6/10. The menu that I sampled that night was of good quality steaks, but cooking methods were rather inconsistent.
Neroteca
Rustic Italian fine dining in a deli atmosphere. Reservation is necessary.
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 6/10. For the price paid, I thought the food served was fairly satisfying, excluding the highly recommended dessert that sadly failed miserably towards the end of our meal.
Shabu Ten
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 7/10. Dinner was good; Company was great. What I really liked about Shabu Ten - the fresh seafood. You will not only be feasting on the conventional fish balls and mushrooms, but also a bundle of bamboo clams, blue mussels, scallops, abalone slices and salmon fillets, to just name a few.

Peruvie
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 7/10. All in all, the meal was a good one, if only - the service was better. Eye contact and smiles were scarce and the bill took awhile to arrive. So, if you'd ask me if I'd return to Peruvie's standalone branch in TTDI, perhaps - only if I'm around the area. Else, the more convenient Nando's would always be my preferred default.
KomPassion Thai Fusion Food
Kompassion at Damansara Kim, a Non-Halal fusion Thai food restaurant.
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 8/10. Food, customer service and dining ambiance was great. Just when I thought that I've found one of the best Thai green curry in town, at Thai Ho Chiak, I've decided to revamp my list after my Thai-tisfying meal here. I would, without a doubt revisit.
Buns Burger Bar
Serves burgers, creative appetisers, dessert and craft beer.
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 6/10. Verdict wise, it was rather unanimous that we would come back for the small plates, and also the Chick and the Guac burgers. The rest of the dishes simply did not stand out as much.
Bariuma Ramen ばり馬
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 7.5/10. Closing this review, Bariuma is definitely on top of my ramen list. In my humble opinion, this place could potentially be the Rising Star of Ramen in PJ.
Sevencups
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 6/10. Despite having a really good cuppa, I would probably revisit only if Sevencups introduces a food menu. Will I return just for the coffee? Perhaps, if I'm around the area. But I'd like to give Porcelene a go first.
CoffeeSociete
CoffeeSociété
spicysharon posted www.spicysharon.com 315 ReviewsOverall Rating: 6.5/10. The ice-cube coffee was great - I figured coffee was better than Coffee Stain by Joseph. Food was just okay - quick to arrive but nothing to shout about. Still can't get over the fact that I didn't send the plate back for the missing bacon. Ambiance was fine - though for a moment there, it felt as though I was at a mamak, with the large number of foreign workers parading around throughout my meal. On a side note, I noticed a Coffee In The Dark poster hanging on the wall - free flow of coffee for Rm10. Why not?
