Soi 23 Fine Thai Restaurant takes on warm colours in overall design, welcoming diners with fully carpeted floor, white-brown table cloth with peanut brown cushion chairs, yellow hue lights,ornaments in darker shades of brown along with partial wooden walls combine to create calm, inviting interior.

Overall Rating: 6/10. The dishes that I sampled tonight was decent but could have been better with the premium ingredients used. At a glimpse, Soi 23 would probably served better as a lunch hot spot.

The predictable range of appetisers at a buffet was present, but since Soi 23 is a Thai restaurant, I was more intent on sampling the Thai “kerabus” and Thai inspired dishes.
