Interestingly delicious fish head noodles, which isn't very "fishy" (salmon tends to have a stronger "fishy" smell). The soup base was appetizing & well-balanced in taste. Yums! Affordable too!

Though the ingredients here are not as generous as in Tao Xiang, they were extremely generous on the fish and the broth nevertheless was flavorful and tangy. The texture of the soup is perfect, light and slightly sour and not overwhelming with milk...
