Formosa is so far the only one that I would highly recommend to give it a good try apart from Arisan at Taylor's University.

The bubble was their special for the month. Nothing special. Just plain ol bubble tea. But they have this Taiwanese Rice Burger which seem to be interesting. Will definitely try this out next time.
