There was a substantial piece of plastic in my main course. Nevermind my date’s pasta was over-done and that it arrived well before our starters were finished, a piece of palstic is a definite FAIL.

The decor is nice and the atmosphere not bad but that does not make up for poor food and service.
A not inexpensive restaurant that is more like a mediocre restaurant trying to pass of as an upmarket diner.

Was there a couple of months ago. Lets see where shall I start to comment.
Fist of all, when I enquired with the waitress as to the portion weight of the pasta, she couldn’t understand my question (ok shoot me…......I am a Chef myself and I do need to know how much of pasta I’d get for the price that I am gonna pay :p)
Anyways, we ended up ordering a salad as a starter…..couldn’t remember what it was called but that was THE ONLY thing that was good for us.
For the Main Course, we ordered a Salmon and a Beef Lasagna.
The Salmon was so overcooked that it actually hurt my girlfriends mouth! She ended up having cuts in her mouth.
My Beef Lasagna on the other hand was a heap and cheap – well not to sound so cheapskate, BUT it tasted REALLY REALLY bad that I had to send it back with a disgusting look on my face.
The tea we ordered was fine. You definitely can’t go wrong there!
What amazes me is that this place is so hyped up but the food is nothing much to shout about and yet they are packed to the brim during lunch time! Are Malaysians in general have such bad taste for food that they don’t mind paying for the sort of rubbish served in this joint?
I ended up paying close to about a hundred ringgit – not so expensive but I honestly feel that the monies paid was not worth the food served – read “QUALITY”! We even had to wait for the bill to come!
They placed customer feedback form on each table. We filled it together with our contact number and e-mail addresses. Guess what? Their Management didn’t even bother to contact us to apologize for a disastrous dining experience or even to check what went wrong. So much for having the customer feedback forms. I bet it ended up with the kacang putih man in front of the bank somewhere along Telawi area.
All in all, we are NEVER gonna return to this joint ever! Not ratings for them either.
I am definitely spending my money elsewhere but here.
Cheers!
