Nam Heong Chicken Rice 南香鸡饭
The restaurant is well known for their Hainanese Chicken Rice. Nam Heong is a name that was synonymous with good chicken rice for many years in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya and some people swear that they would not eat chicken rice anywhere else. Over the years, they have expanded the franchise and how have outlets in several places.
Bak Chang stall
The store has been operating here for quite a long time now, I think for more than 10 years. It's one of the few places where I can still get the Cantonese "chung" which I prefer. The "chung" here is one of the better ones but maybe it's because it's the only Cantonese "chung" that I can find.
Luck Kee Steamboat (Pulau Ketam Seafood)
Overall, the food is good. One reason I don't prefer steamboat is because they usually will just buy some food from pasar and re-sell it to you... no effort at all, but this one, at least, I can taste there are few items they made it themselves, and the soup also taste nice.

Nippy Noodles Restaurant
All the noodles are freshly made daily and there are no left overs. The noodles are made from premium flours and Omega 3 eggs without addition of any liquid or water. No preservatives or food conditioner added so therefore it is a very healthynoodle. The noodles are very springy feeling when you put into your mouth. Combine with the pickled chili, it is a heaven. The mee actually is called Wan Tan Mee by its normal look. Thisrestaurant called it Bamboo Noodles as it is made by using bamboo. Usually they serve you the noodle without the pork lard. Go ahead and ask for it and definitely it will make you fly after eating together with the noodle. The pork lard fried fresh daily too.

Kedai Kopi Tian Hong
galvintan posted blog.galvintan.com 2 ReviewsExceptionalFancy tasting one of the best Char Siu (Caramelized BBQ Pork) and Siu Yoke (Crackling Roast Pork) in Kuala Lumpur? Then you have to get yourself to Kedai Kopi Tian Hong in Salak South – to be exact, it’s Salak South Industrial Park. Tian Hong’s Char Siu is succulent and caramalised to perfection. The Char Siu sauce that goes with it is just too hard to resist. I usually ask for extra Char Siu sauce to go with my rice. The Siu Yoke is the best tasting roasted pork I’ve ever eaten. Before that, I was never a big fan of Siu Yoke as I hated the porky smell. But after I’ve tasted Tian Hong’s Siu Yoke, I just must have it every time I’m there. It’s a must to order and it’s only ready after 1.00pm. Visit my blog for more yummilicious food reviews!

Cool, relatively quiet, and squeaky-clean respite from the exhaust and grime outside.
