Fancy tasting one of the best Char Siu (Caramelized BBQ Pork) and Siu Yoke (Crackling Roast Pork) in Kuala Lumpur? Then you have to get yourself to Kedai Kopi Tian Hong in Salak South – to be exact, it’s Salak South Industrial Park.

Tian Hong’s Char Siu is succulent and caramalised to perfection. The Char Siu sauce that goes with it is just too hard to resist. I usually ask for extra Char Siu sauce to go with my rice. The Siu Yoke is the best tasting roasted pork I’ve ever eaten. Before that, I was never a big fan of Siu Yoke as I hated the porky smell. But after I’ve tasted Tian Hong’s Siu Yoke, I just must have it every time I’m there. It’s a must to order and it’s only ready after 1.00pm.

The caramelised char siew was bbq-ed to perfection (as always).. the crunchy siew yoke was roasted perfectly.... sedapppppp!!!!

The homemade chilli sauce is simple and you could even finish a place of rice with a bowl of sauce! yummy!!!

Though the Char Siu here is delicious, sweet and sticky with lot of caramel but I still prefer the one at Spring Golden, Shah Alam Section 25.
