Nam Chuan Coffee Shop 南泉茶餐室
The Sarawak laksa served here is a family recipe, and that many of her ingredients are flown in from Sarawak. I believe this laksa is the coconut-less variety, but what make it special is the flavour which is fragrant yet isn't too hot. The garnishing done by this Aunty is truly special, 'hotel quality'

One point to note though; allocate enough time for the cooking and don’t come when you’re half crawling on the floors; all famished and weak. But if you are ready for a memorable Nyonya feast, then Amy Heritage Nyonya Cuisine may just be your preferred choice too.

Soft, fluffy and infused with the right balance of coconut milk and gula Melaka, the folded-in-half pieces of golden brown delights were satisfying.
