ur staff is not responsibility to us when we ask ur staff to do something like ask them to help us to move our dishes go inside to eat because it raining. beside that, we have ask ur staff for many times for refill soup or others, they do not have bother us. Please improve ur staff and make it efficient to serve the customer. Then make us do not have any mood to enjoy our food…...Please improve ur staff such as staff of Yuen Steamboat. if give us one more choice, i will go to YUEN Steamboat…..Because the staff service of the Yuen streamboat is more efficiency than ur staff.
