it is a lovely, bright, and cosy space, with tables and chairs gathered around the counter and the smell of coffee wafting around tantalisingly.

Overall Rating: 6.5/10 purely for the coffee but not the sandwiches. Not loving the fact that gourmet coffees are slightly priced on the higher side. On another note, RAW's boss also owns Artisan in TTDI. I have yet to try that, soon maybe.
