Overall, my food was not up to expectation. The only food that I enjoyed was the assam fish. They have very limited style of cooking. The pricing is reasonable.

The prawns, eventhough they were big in size, but it wasn't tough at all. They cooked it just until right. Love the powdery-like butter as well. Salty, but I love it!

Bamboo shell seafood - Zuk Tan - 竹滩.
Well I have tasted this food at many many restaurant and here at Kang Guan, they did surprise me! Can't imagine how can this bamboo shell grow that FAT and JUICY!
