The rumour of “Ka Ka” using sanitary cotton as the secret recipe was pretty much an allegation from the opponents to stop them monopolize the Bak Kut Teh industry in Kepong. Believe me, the food there is really good. Its ain’t to goin to stop me from revisit that restaurant.
