As with all steamboat restaurants, you start off with a huge platter (actually how big the plate is depends on how many people you ordered for!) of the obligatory balls (fish, salmon, pork, etc etc), crab sticks, prawns, tofu, chicken fillet, and vegetables.

In short, instead of eating the-ever-popular roast duck in Sun Ming, we recommended siu yoke and char siew. Service is alright, not as bad as we read from some reviews online. We won’t come back from their roast duck again, but definitely yes for char siew.

At RM5.00 each, Yip Chee May Tai Pau is a favourite not only among the locals in Cheras or Kuala Lumpur but also those from outstation.

Well, Dai Be has a better environment; at least you won’t be bathed with sweats! But we will definitely return to check out the other 2 types of steam fish heads again. Plus, it’s actually cheaper compared to Chan Sow Lin’s.
