Yee Sang is my all time fav; contrasting textures of the melt in the mouth slivers of salmon with crunchy crackers and the blend of spices and condiments. And high credits to the vegetarian meals as well, beautifully plated and presented
Yit Hin’s chicken rice, best in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, some say Malaysia According to the onwer of the stall, their chickens are reared using corn in free-range where chickens are permitted to roam freely in the farm. Because of that, the chicken meat is so tender and juicy.

The bowl of noodles came with cockles, pork slices, taufu pok and chicken. The soup was mouth watering! It tasted a bit like the Sarawak laksa, powdery and aromatic. The spiciness was enough to keep us from thirsting for water. See blog for more!
