the lou shu fun here resembles more like 瀨粉 (asam laksa noodle); texture wise, it’s springy and smooth, teasted exactly like lou shu fun.

Exceptional

The noodle is like a cross between lai fan and chou mi fun, not too hard and not too soft either. It comes dry with, again, thick black sauce to mix with the noodles and pork slices. It has a unique flavour; no bad or good but just being different and definitely not found in KL. See blog for more!

At first glance, Yi Poh Restaurant is a place worth trying in Seremban. The Lao Shu Fen is something special for northern folks in which laksa noodle was used instead.
