Barramundi cooked in sous vide style and cauliflower puree accompanied by sautéed vegetables and dollops of beet root sauce and pesto oil. I am a fish lover, this is definitely my favourite! Because of cooking in sous vide style, the Barramundi has a firm and is incredibly moist.

Shinyaki offer mouth watering traditional dishes prepared for you by talented chefs such as a variety of Sashimi, Kushiyaki, Yakiniku, Soft Shell Crab Salad, Avocado Salad, wide selections of noodles, rice and more. But the one attract me is their Yakiniku.

Overall, we had a very satisfying meal and our bill comes up to about RM160++ for the four of us. The price is almost equivalent to the price of a steamboat buffet in Kepong but if I were to choose, I would definitely choose Citarasa. The reason is simple, their ingredients are better and fresh.
