Foodie Review
Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks
Most of the food items are for take away as the shop can only fit about 10 to 15 people. The word Shihlin came from the Shihlin night market in Taiwan.
d_luaz postedSuperbAt times, I do have the cravings for its extra large fried chicken, and the Mee Sua is not bad.
Ramai Food Centre 大马(福建面)
d_luaz postedGoodI never quite like this place as there are plenty to choose but nothing quite worthy, except the duck noodle (which my parents love) and nasi lemak stall (guilty fried chicken/quail).
Kim Gary Restaurant
The ala carte menu have lots of HK styled meals or snack cater to your needs.
d_luaz postedSuperbKim Gary is one of my favourite type of Hong Kong Coffeeshop Restaurant, which serve decent and big cup of ying yong (coffee mixed with tea), and the seafood cheese rice (pricey but satisfying)
Old Chang Kee
Old Chang Kee is a common sight in Singapore. Famous for its home made curry puffs.
d_luaz postedSuperbI haven't have one for quite a while, but I like it because it's crispy, full of ingredients and with boiled egg. IKEA curry puff is nice as well :)
Sun Hong Muk Koot Tea 新峰肉骨茶
The restaurant has become a tourist spot.
d_luaz postedSuperbEaten here quite a few times during office hour lunch quite a few times about 10 years back, and I would say it is a delightful experience. Nowadays it seems this place is overrun by tourist, not sure it the quality of the food manage to hold up.
Restoran Lai Choon Bah Kut Teh 来春肉骨茶
A famous Bak Kut Teh restaurant in Klang.
d_luaz posted nasilemaklover.blogspot.comTheir famous 烘肉, dried Bah Kut Teh. Let me think how to describe the taste, hmmm, it has a very strong dry sotong and dark soy sauce taste, 臭香臭香
El Cerdo
El Cerdo which means “the pig” in Spanish, specialises in porcine delights.
d_luaz posted splendysparkling.blogspot.comIt is not the best suckling pig but this is acceptable. Unfortunately, we were quite wrong for ordering this because we have no chance to try other awesome foods like ribs and sausages because this portion is too much for 2.
Lemon Garden Cafe
A nice cafe serving a vast variety of food for buffet lunch.A few sections catering for different cuisines.. like continental, italian, chinese, malay, indian and a big corner just for dessert itself.
d_luaz postedSuperbThe variety and freshness is great, especially dessert with some cheese selection, with a chocolate fondue, and the price is the standard high-priced buffet around KL (RM 90++, and 50% discount if you are a shangri-la member)
New Paris Restaurant 新巴黎露天菜馆
Wide variety of chinese food. Well known for its extremely fast service. New Paris has moved to a proper building and has established itself as one of the fastest food serving restaurants in town. Very fast and efficient service. From order placement to food serve time will take only 10 minutes. All foods are reasonably priced.
d_luaz postedSuperbFree "Valet" Parking (the staff will assist you to find a spot), Quick Serving, Taste Good with Reasonable Price, what more could I ask for?
Yuen Buffet Steamboat Restaurant
Cheap, tantalising, and varieties in buffet steamboat.
d_luaz postedExceptionalThis place is famous for the fast service, honey chicken wing and value for money (fresh and RM19.80/head). I would give it 2/3 if it wasn't for the crazy crowd and the need to fight for chicken wing.
Shin Kee Beef Noodles Specialist (新九如牛肉粉)
One of the most popular places in KL for beef noodles.
d_luaz posted nodoubt-yiyi.blogspot.comThe tender slices of beef and bouncy meatballs taste so awesome! Damn syiok ar! Even this is my first attempt on beef noodles! 8 out of 10 I rate for this! ~ seriously recommended ~ ♥
Bumbu Bali
Waterlily, Buddy-Buddy and Bumbu Bali are actually under the same management or shall I say family owner? Bumbu refers to herbs of Bali. It was run by the owner, Eddy and his Bali wife.
d_luaz posted meikeis.blogspot.comAs always, you can enjoy yours dining with an excellent service over here.
Ciccio Pasticcio Bar & Pizzeria
This place serves wood fire pizza and wide variety of bruschettas. You can watch the chef whip your pizza at the bar counter and the wood fire oven is just next to the bar.
d_luaz postedBadDine here about a year ago, tried the Ravioli and Pizza; the problem is the price is high (expected for Changkat Bukit Bintang area), but the food is "normal" at best.
El Cerdo
El Cerdo which means “the pig” in Spanish, specialises in porcine delights.

Paddington House of Pancakes
Offers many unique and delicious pancakes. They have some imported sauce on the table which includes mustard, chilli sauce, and tomato sauce. There are over 100 items to try here so I guess it will take awhile to try out everything even if you come here once a week.
d_luaz posted fifa3290.blogspot.comBasically, really love the place, love the foods! And would really like to try all the other pancakes!
