I think they should just stick with dim sum because their dim sum is much better than sushi. As for this deal, I do not feel it is worth it because almost 50% of their menu is no longer available. I do not understand what is the purpose they still displaying in the website about their menu. It is kind of scam to me. Yes, my word maybe harsh but nothing is more disappointing than dining in a restaurant with full of hope on their menu but ended up you have limited to choose from.

Parking here is ample. The service is very poor here. The waiter and waitress are not alert enough to check whether to refill the soup in your steamboat or not. Another thing very absurd is you must purchase their wet tissue either you are going to use it or not. Where got such thing, right? Nonsense!

So the restaurant that I about to introduce to you in this post is a lady boss from Hunan, China bringing her own local Hunan delicacies into Malaysia and opened a restaurant at Fraser Business Park called Restaurant Xiang Man Qing. It is a short introduce for your knowledge of their existence purpose.

Anyway, I always prefer to call in advance to make a booking to any restaurant that I wish to dine in just to avoid any disappointment which eventually will spoiled my appetite. The reason for these big crowds is not because of only few Japanese restaurant opened in Johor but it is very few Japanese restaurant with such high quality like this offering such a reasonable price for any class of people to afford to dine in there

What I love about this restaurant is they are trying to bring out another experience for you to taste a bread. Truly amazing.

At the same time, it also proof that a small city like Kluang will have good food when the restaurant focus in one or two types of food only. You may find the chef is quite cocky after knowing he does not allow additional minced meat and scolding you for taking away too much homemade sauce. However, that's not all of it. His restaurant only starts from 5.30pm and closes when his beef balls and pork balls are sold out. FYI, he always made a limited numbers of beef balls and pork balls everyday. Usually his beef balls will sold out in 2 hours time. I am not finish yet about his cockiness...his restaurant does not open on Sunday. As you all know, Saturday and Sunday are the best days for food & beverage business.

With wi-fi equipped and ample parking space, this is a really great place to dine. However, Kepong is just way to far for me. Whenever I think of Kepong, I will imagine of the road congestion in front of Jusco just freaking me out!

However, they have several major mistakes which caused them dearly. Location - Yes, it is good they located beside the main road but their location is unable to be seen by drivers. Attention to detail - I believe the head chef cooked it very well. The person who make the black pepper sauce and the person who add the salt spoiled the whole food. Plus, the way they served the dessert is enough to show that the waiter/waitress are showing no heart in their job and they just work because they have to. Little mistake like this can caused everything. Design - The design of the restaurant does not attract any customers to dare to step into the restaurant. Their very open concept with no customer inside will give prospect customers a wrong perception on their food. No.1 and No.3, they cannot do much about it but they can change for No.2. They can make a lot of difference when they pay more attention on what they are doing. Customer can feel it. Believe me.

Actually the main problem is just where the restaurant is located. Changkat Bukit Bintang is the most popular street and busiest one especially at night. The crowds are roaming there and most of the restaurants and pubs are occupied with their customers. However, this restaurant is just located a street right behind Changkat Bukit Bintang which is called Jalan Berangan and the street is so quiet and dark. Hardly to see any people walking on this street. It was so much difference just by a street away. Anyway, I enjoyed the service, drinks and foods at that night!
