Not a 6-star restaurant but definitely a 5-star restaurant for me. If you does not want to spend crazy amount of money at Kampachi, this is a place worth for you to consider. The parking are quite limited at their own parking area. However, you will be invited by the friendly jockey which the service is free of charge. I was told by one of the waitress there that if we would like to eat their fresh oyster, we need to book in advance as their air-flown schedule on every Tuesday and Friday evening. So we can reserve the fresh oyster for the later at night for our dinner. Price is vary depends on season.

There are pros and cons about ala-carte buffet: Pros: 1) Food are served hot and freshly made 2) You do not have to make or scoop your own food 3) You do not have to walk around and hunt for food. 4) Your service charges are greatly paid of. Cons: 1) Food variety is lesser than a self service Japanese Restaurant 2) Less participation in making your own food.

From what I know about this restaurant is their breads and pastries are baked in a specially imported stone oven that nurtures the natural yeast to rise. The stone oven ensures even heat circulation and retention therefore resulting in softer breads and pastries with an exceptional taste and delightful texture.

Highly recommended even you are just having a simple cup of coffee here. The price might be slightly on the high but since they are serving you the best quality of food and drinks that they can offer, we just have to give them some extra credit for the effort.
