However there are still a few items that I think that they have not 'done' appropriately, such as the 'Zaru Soba'. The noodles will be dipped into the 'sauce' by the patrons themselves. The oyster was kind of 'tasteless'. Maybe I was expecting too much or just being picky!

The place was packed and it looked new and clean. However, that's the extent of the positives that I can give Yuen Garden. While the dim sum looked appealling, with the proper shine and presentation to the food, the food did not taste as good as it looked.
