I had a chance to sample some these dishes recently and I must say the use of fruits certainly brought a delightful and refreshing twist to them. Colours, textures and tastes changed, some subtly and some quite dramatically.
On an overall note, we would say that Proud Janny's integration of local Malaysian fruits and other agricultural products into the menu is not only a wise move, but a witty and extraordinary innovation.
Their signature item - Salted Caramel Through and Through.
This one was awesome - you just have to try it to know what I mean. Now I know another good place to hang out for some good food whenever I am in KL!
