Among all the Sushi franchise, I think Sakae Sushi is something above the average. Their computer-based ordering system is quite fun, but I think the user friendliness still have rooms for improvement, perhaps an iPhone or Android version just for the fun of it?
For the Puchong branch, the service is not up to speed during weekend and holiday dinner. Hopefully they can improve on this.
