Judging from the business at Soon Soon Lye, one has to agree that it was the right move too. According to Mr Mak, his Cod fish is from Canada and the Salmon from Norway.

It's the only place that selling Cod Fish Noodle at current time anyway, as far as I know. Don't bother trying the Salmon Fish though, it's not good and not worth the price.

Overall the noodles and side dishes were good but a bit pricey but the accomplished cook was creative to use Salmon and Cod fish with their noodles.
