I personally love the clear broth that is full of flavour. The 'fish balls' are made of mixture of fish and eels (鳗鱼), therefore you may notice that it may not be as 'bouncy' / 'chewy' as the ones made from 'ikan parang' (wolf herring aka 西刀鱼).

It was well known for it home made fish ball and the delicious clear soup. A bowl of Koay Teow Thng that consist of fish ball, pork meat, vegetable and pork lark is not quite enough to fill up your tummy, so we had 2 bowls.

We ordered 'Kuey Teow Th'ng' with add-ons.. hehehe.. (we had additional fishballs, intestines, minced pork sheets and duck gizzard). I think this is by far the best kuey teow th'ng I have ever had in Penang. I have to say that I have not been to all the Penang 'Kuey Teow Th'ng' places, but this is so far my favourite.... among all the ones that I have been'. It really made my day!!.....
