好事發財靈菇蔬 – 這道也是很突出的料理，香菇在口齒咬下去的感覺很有彈性多汁，蠔士也挺飽滿，腐竹皮吸收了勾芡醬汁，含在口裏可以慢慢細細品賞，只是花野菜有點欠佳，有點生硬，似乎沒有熟透。
