We make everything ourselves using only fresh ingredients and absolutely no added MSG. Soup is made from hours of boiling pork and chicken bones. Noodles are made using super nutritious rye flour. Only the best ramen ingredients pass our stringent taste test.

Overall Rating: 7.5/10. With no expectations whatsoever, I was pretty impressed with the quality of dishes served coming from a non-mainstream Japanese rstaurant. The soup was salty yet sweet, full of flavors, hence, pretty pleasant. On the other hand, the ramen was tangy and cooked just right and Gyoza was quite decent also. Good location and A+ for the affordability factor. I would definitely return.

Pretty generous bowl of ramen that's pocket-friendly (no tax!). The taste is pretty good too. Oh, NO MSG as well!

In a nutshell, Ikuzo Ramen has a different concept in comparison to other ramen joints so there’s isn’t a point for comparison. Hop in here if you want a light and relatively healthy meal with friendly prices to boot!

Finally, I get to try my hands on Ikuzo Ramen as many friends suggest this place due to its relatively cheap price & a variety of side dishes to choose from. I must say, I'm quite impressed with the types of Ramen served here with a galore of condiments to choose from, not to mention their vast choices of accompanying side dishes and finishing off with a wallet-friendly bill ! A worthy meal for a cheaper price and without the addition of any nasty MSG/soup concentrates/artificial flavouring in their meals.

Ikuzo (literally means “let’s go!” in Japanese) Ramen believes that the quality of the broth dictates the ramen experience. Almost everything are prepared in-house, including the ramen (prepared using rye flour) and ice cream.
