grilled prawns and tangy fruit salad, Pergedel, Sambal Tumis Udang and Daging Hitam, Tauhu Telur (Indonesian-style Egg Beancurd) and Kerabu Asparagus, Otak-Otak, Manisan Kelapa Muda Enak, Tapai, Pisang Karamel and Serikaya Labu, Roti Jala Udang Gulung Sayur, Clear soup with dory, Grilled Salmon with spinach, Roasted Chicken stuffed with “dagang” rice, Glutinous rice and durian served with creamy vanilla ice cream
