Onix Jun Korean Restaurant
Onix Jun Korean Restaurant, Banchan, Pa Jeon and ...
Onix Jun aka Dae Jang Gum is manned by a Korean family, now residing in Ipoh. They speak impeccable English, and even Mandarin, so no worries. Of course, the second time I visited, they hired some locals as well. Previously, they were running their business at another premise, in the same area of Bandar Baru Medan Ipoh, but lesser known to Ipoh foodies.

aschmitter postedBadStaff are ok, but be warned! they charge service charge on Take-Away food. I asked the cashier why do they charge service fee on Take Away as i'm doing them a favour by not utilizing any of their tables nor would they have to clean up after me but was shrugged off with "boss says must charge". I do believe that they don't have a collective agreement and have failed to display any signs that is required after the GST implementation to inform their customers on the service charge. Also do note that their "Banchan" selection is poor and can't be refilled like most other Korean Restaurants.

Pas De Nom posted chillout-soulout-freakout.blogspot.com 471 ReviewsExceptionalWhen having a lot of chain restaurants, it is normal for everyone to start to comment about the quality consistency on each of their chain restaurants. Well, to me for them to open so many branches since 2006/2007, they have already done a good job maintaining their image and quality. So dine without any hesitation is you see this famous name for an unforgettable Korean cuisine experience. This is another good example for a restaurant that has a break in between their business hours.
Korean Stone BBQ Steamboat
Buffet, Seafood Line, Noodle Line, 33A-1, Jalan AWF1, Ampang Waterfront, 68000 Ampang, Selangor.
Pas De Nom posted chillout-soulout-freakout.blogspot.com 471 ReviewsExceptionalCooking your own food is always a fun thing to do but to judge the food freshness, this restaurant no where near that unless you choose from their livestock counter. Parking here is ample. The service is very poor here. The waiter and waitress are not alert enough to check whether to refill the soup in your steamboat or not. Another thing very absurd is you must purchase their wet tissue either you are going to use it or not. Where got such thing, right? Nonsense!
Uncle Jang Korean Restaurant
Fried ramen in Dak galbi, Fried Rice, Rice Cakes, Uncle Jang Korean Restaurant, Uncle Jang Korean Restaurant Interior, No,1-1, Jalan Puteri 1/7,Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong,Selangor, Malaysia
relishbyrae posted relishbyrae.blogspot.com 14 ReviewsExceptionalThe sliced chicken was tender, the cabbage was cooked to slightly softer and the rice cake was just so yummy. And we were glad we ordered the udon as the 2 portion of Dak Galbi seem slightly small for a couple. So, if you were to go in a group of men, you might want to order slightly more depending on your appetite. You do feel like having fried kuey tiao at some point but the secret recipe of the sauce has made the taste somewhat more delicious. It does not taste even close to Kimchi as it is not sour, but something you should really give it a try.
